Framework 1: Vision
Vision — clarity that operates in your absence.
Day One. God created light before building anything else. Comprehension must precede construction.
Vision is not a slogan that needs you in the room to mean anything.
It is comprehension so clear it governs decisions, hires, and pivots in rooms you are not in. An organization cannot become what it cannot clearly see — and a vision that lives only in the founder's head is not vision; it is dependency wearing the founder's vocabulary.
"Comprehension precedes construction."
