Day Zero. Before visible construction came invisible alignment. What is misaligned at the foundation eventually appears at scale.
Framework 0 is not the eighth framework.
t is the foundation the other seven rest on — the day before the first day, when purpose, identity, and direction must be brought into agreement before anything is built.
The Spirit hovered before the Word spoke; assessment preceded declaration. Most leaders skip this phase. Most pay for skipping it — because a foundation that was never assessed cannot carry the weight that growth eventually places on it.
